Nuera Filmworks, Inc. was created by entertainment industry professionals to produce independent economically budgeted feature films for theatrical and/or direct to home video release. Direct to television and television series will also be considered. The Company’s founding shareholder and Principal desires to raise up to One Million Dollars (USD $1,000,000.00) by way of an exempt private equity investment from a limited number of strategic and/or financial investors in exchange for a twenty percent (20%) capital stake in the Company. The Company will identify creative, original screenplays capable of being produced as economically budgeted films, and will form corporations or limited liability companies, specific to an identified film project and will raise production funds, either in the form of equity from a limited number of strategic and/or financial investors in exchange for a minority capital stake in the Rights Company (the Company will hold the majority stake in each Rights Company) or in the form of debt, to produce feature length films.
