Description: Dairy and Cattle operations are losing revenue and have unnecessary costs due to low fertility and infectious disease. Annually in the U.S., low fertility denies producers $1B in revenue, while mastitis and infectious disease combine for another $2B in costs. PPK will fundamentally change industry practices by commercializing 3 diagnostic tests (early pregnancy, viral infection and mastitis) that enable managers and veterinarians to make diagnostic-driven, timely decisions that will increase revenue and reduce costs. The target market in the U.S. is 200M tests. The addressable market is estimated at 100M tests. Tests will be sold to veterinary clinics and directly to large dairy operators at an ASP of $7.00. A market penetration of 25% or 25M tests would yield an annual revenue of $175M. The prevalence for the PPK early pregnancy test in the top 10 global diary markets is 400M. The first U.S. testing is scheduled to begin in March 2017. PPK is seeking investments from $50K up to a total of $1.5M to expand testing locations in the U.S. and establish a licensee China. PPK technology is also adaptable to the companion animal market.
