Choice Models will be a privately operated modeling agency. Our services are intended for private collectors and small businesses. Models will be shot in-house by our photographers.
The Private Collector
A private collector will be able to browse through our catalog of models and choose the one that best represents what he wants. After the choice of the model has been made he will be asked to give a description as to what theme of photo shoot he would like her to be photographed. His choices will vary depending on what the model he chose is willing to do. After he has picked the theme he will then need to request a shoot date and time at which he needs the images to be finished. All shoots will have a 2 week minimum time frame to allow for scheduling of the shoot based on model’s availability, location chosen, and post production if selected. From that point the private collector has a few extra options. He can choose to have the company edit the images from the shoot for an additional cost, elect to purchase copyrights to manipulate the images himself (which will be distributed in RAW format), or to have the images sent to him without editing or permissions to edit.
Once the choices have been made he then submits an order form, which can be done online or over the phone. From there the photo shoot is scheduled and completed within the 2 week time frame. The image files will be distributed in RAW format if he has decided to purchase editing rights, TIFF and JPEG if he has elected to have the company edit the images, or a conversion to High quality JPEG if neither option is selected with cropping and light editing. The files will be shipped to the customer through the mail based on his choice of shipping method.
Private Collectors will have the chance to review all images taken before any editing is done to choose which images they want. Any images a private collector would like us to edit will be charged per image.
All shoots will be prepaid if the customer is a first time buyer.
Small Businesses
A small business will be able to browse through our selection of models to determine which look is the right one for them. From there they will be able to choose what type of advertisement they need. We do everything from product advertisement to services. The business then has an option to mail their products to us to be photographed with the model. All products will be returned in the condition it was received, however any disposable products that are used for the photo shoot will not be returned (make-up, hair styling products, lotions, food products, etc.). Small businesses have a complete say in what kind of shoot they want, and we will carry it out to their specifications.
Small businesses will also have the option to send creative consultants to the shoot at their own expense in order to assist with the looks they want. Any products that are available in our area can be purchased for the shoot to avoid shipping delays; however Choice Models will be reimbursed of any extra expenses.
Once the photo shoot has been completed the business will have similar choices of what they want to do with the image as private collectors. If they have their own creative design team then the RAW files can be purchased as is to be edited by their team, however if they prefer Choice Models edits the images then that service will be provided also.
For small businesses the rights to all photos are included in the purchase of the shoot. Editing will be a per image fee added to the cost of the shoot. All photos will be available for review before photo manipulation has been done in order for them to choose the images that best fits their needs.
