Description:
I am a new real estate investor in northern california. I am finding amazing residential and commercial multiunit apartment properties at 60-70% off the FMV which will provide a minimum of 10% ROI. I need capital from Investors or Limited Partners for equity positions. If I don't have the cash to purchase these incredible investments myself than I will work with investors who want to purchase properties that I can assign the properties directly to interested investors.
