Our private investment banker commits loan funds through his USA Bank using the cash backed negotiable instrument as collateral. Client can also use own bank for the loan with the cash backed negotiable instrument as collateral. Their choice!
The securitized loans carry a one to ten year maturity. Interest payments are paid semiannually or annually. The interest rate is fixed or floating and no prepayment penalty is imposed.
Our lenders required no participation (no JV) and place no restrictions on the legal use of funds.
