Description:
This is a start-up venture whose product will be servicing well-researched market. A location has been identified, building plans are underway, future employees have been recruited, and the specialty technologies required to operate the entertainment part of the production are under development using private funds. We need investors to assist with (1) purchase of land, (2) construction of the facility, and (3) start-up operational costs. There is private money being invested; this is not 100% investor funded, but it will be the majority. We are looking for as many investors as necessary to reach our goal, but if one or two large investors can back us, it will obviously make the paperwork easier.
