My business model is in two parts:
1. Take advantage of current and sustained top Google position to leverage the web site into a profitable business.
2. To use drop-shipping to eliminate the cost and overhead required to purchase, store and ship inventory myself. Though some vendors lower the wholesale discount to cover their drop shipping costs, I am still getting 20-30%, which represents almost all profit. This is significantly higher than almost any affiliate program – and affiliate programs are nonetheless extremely popular due to their profitability. There are even entire many online stores built around nothing more than affiliate programs.
