Intex is running a program to help train and put individuals with financial instability back to work during this current economic recession. Our program not only puts people in your local community back to work, but also helps you make money by owning and operating local businesses.
How this works is you invest x amount of dollars into purchasing local businesses (closed or open) or start up your own businesses. We encourage buying as many businesses as you would like and recommend having a variety of different kinds of businesses. For one year Intex will staff, train, operate and we will even help in purchasing if requested. Your involvement can be as much or as little as you would like during this time frame.
This is a two year program in which the employees of the establishment will receive hands on training as a chef, security officer, manager, ext. and then after 6 months of working, will receive an education grant for a local community college in the field that the individual has been training in (ex. chef - culinary arts). Also housing will be provided in nice apartments to help these individuals get out of government housing. Employees must stay employed with one of your establishments the entire time to receive all of the benefits. A certain percent of total profits will have to help fund this program.
During this time a reality TV show about this program will be filmed at your locations over the duration of the year. We have this program starting in the Indianapolis district in August and we would like another town to commit soon as well. We would like you to pick a friend or family member that may be interested in being on television to audition to be the host of the series. We are looking for someone ASAP and would love for you and the chosen person to fly into Indianapolis to further discuss how we can help you start up your businesses and to audition that chosen person.
