Description:
There was not a category for what I am looking for. I am looking for a real estate investor who is willing to purchase property and sell it to me on a land contract.
Medical problems have kept me out of work for 2 years and as a result I am losing my current home. So, we need to move to a home that my wife can afford on her income alone, less than $1,000 per month. We are looking in the Jackson County Michigan area and prefer a home outside the city limits with 2,000 s/f or more. We have a small amount available for a down payment. The medical problems are being resolved and I hope to be back to work within the next few month.
Since I am also looking for work I have completed the form for "job seeker".
