Jaenelle Technologies will be formed as a manufacturer of compression molded products of a unique material consisting of waste-wood and a low percentile of resins. The specific resins, temperatures and pressures employed allow a vertical flow of the material in a compression molding process: thereby eliminating a requirement to "pre-form" the finished shape: A bucket may be produced by simply placing raw material into the mold. This development permits the production of any shape capable of being compression molded.
The finished material is strong and impervious to moisture (water-proof); it may be power nailed, power screwed, sawn, routed, tinted and painted. The material has displayed insulation qualities and a lack of flame support and smoke generation.
