Pierce Development Corporation is the parent company of Legacy Built Homes. We build high end quality modular, panelized and custom homes. Modular is our preference due to speed and ability to do volume. We have a display home and design center/office on Prime real estate (cloverleaf-exit ramp frontage) exit 112 in Goodfield Illinois I-74. We have built homes in Homeshow arenas as well as market in parade of homes etc. From day of signing/deposit a customer can move in within 90-120 days. Scattered lot sales is our bread and butter, but we are now ready to launch homes in our new beautiful community in Goodfield.
