Partnering efforts: Consist of 50% sub-leasing of retail space (See Organization Chart).
Daily operations: Operations and administration of our businesses, stores, hotel & suites, business portfolios, indoor-outdoor ballrooms, conference rooms & chapels. This includes: Scheduling daily, recurring events and entertainment, self-created year-round functions, shows, mini-concerts, creative and flexible scheduling, permanent church leases, event planning, coordination, event management, scheduling (any legitimate event, meetings, conferences etc), rentals and agreements, sub-leasing.
We specialize in gifts, gift certificates, magazine subscriptions with great discounts and offers, city-wide events and festivals, military events, ceremonies, hails and farewells, trade shows, weddings, engagements, talent shows, modeling shows and any imaginable event and liaisons for permits, insurance etc.
Launch Pad: It provides Joint Investment Ventures with external parties and investors, to launch patented and standard products. It includes contracts, service level agreements, financial institution financing, guarantors services, legal, manufacturing, assembly, partnering contracts, external customer funding, personal-external Investor and a 1-2 year investments windows.
DREAMZ network - the backbone of our home based-businesses: It is a collaboration of over 5,000 home based businesses, and the home of our stellar sales teams.
EYZ Owned Businesses: Our retail stores (See Organization Chart).
External Financial Services: We collaborate with local financial institutions for quick financing across all venues, contracts and agreements, financing point of sales and in-house financing for those with less fortunate incomes though long range planning is a priority through payment plans.
EYZ Portfolio Businesses: A major contributor to our facility support, community inception, service contracts, service level agreements and consultations.
Hotel & Suites: Time-sharing, event occupancy, and training occupancy.
Franchises: Footprint sales, proof of concept.
Distribution: Supply chains for our mini-stores, superstores, and footprints.
