2C's President, Robert Owens, has more than 22,000 hours in the LED industry to create a single fixture
solution that can handle almost every high-powered lighting need. This fixture, in combination with the
190 lumen per watt LED diodes, allows 2C to reduce the number of different products and it simplifies
manufacturing down to only a handful of parts while still being able to address multiple project
applications.
Simplified manufacturing allows 2C to do all manufacturing and assembly in Northern DFW minus the
basic LED diode and heatsink, though we have plans to move manufacturing for both to the U.S. within the
next two years. The 2017 market and beyond will be based on supply for sales more than any other. It is
our prediction that the LED market will see such an interruption this year that consumers will lose
confidence in the ability to obtain products made in China in a timely fashion and without penalty. In other words, he who has stock will get the sale. It is our goal to manufacture the most available LED products in
the country.
