Take out, New Orleans style "Po-Boy" shop. Midlothian is among the fastest growing DFW suburban areas, and yet has a limited number of dining options. We are New Orleans transplants (Katrina) with a real knowledge of authentic N'awlins food and Southern hospitality, which we are confident will be a great attraction in this community (and beyond).
Fundamentally, the idea is to offer a streamlined Po-Boy menu (with a few side item and drink options), perhaps local delivery, and wrap it up with a Cajun flair. The menu and personal service will surely be a hit in the area.
