Description:
We have existing building built 2 years ago that we have signed a letter of intent to rent out. We have 3 or 4 of the biggest companies employee wise within a mile radius. They just wrote a newspaper article a week ago about how this area of town is booming. Yet there isnt one bar in that area. We have figures of getting this started for under 100k. But have no money for down payment. Can you find someone to help us.
