Longfellow Barbecue Company was founded to create great barbecue that spans all regions. It seems that barbecue has fell in to a boring trend of regions. With very few national brands that combine all the elements of the great regional flavors. I have created the blends that bring flavor to every region, creating fans from Texas to the Carolina's and throughout the Mid-West and western coast.
Giving back to our community is entrenched in our lifestyle and thus, Longfellow Barbecue Company donates 10% of our proceeds to Soldier Dogs for Independence, a non-profit organization that adopts rescue dogs and pairs them with a wounded veteran, puts them through service dog training, giving the veteran a new lease on life. This program is credited with saving the life of many of our area veterans.
