Adaptive Real Estate Services, LLC (ARES) was founded in 2003 with the goal of serving a large, but technically primitive eCommerce niche market - real estate agents and agencies. ARES builds sales and marketing websites for this industry. Entering our second year of sales, we are overwhelmed with business from our partner, GMAC Home Services. We are looking for help to fund our growth and build infrastructure. The funds we are seeking will be used to add engineers and customer support. We currently have 350 paying clients and a back-log of about 200 agency and agents. Our short-term goal is 2400 clients (about 12% of GMAC's agents.
