We are a sports technology company that has developed patented wind resistance technology's for Baseball and Golf to increase swing speed. We have approval from the MLB and MILB to use on deck mention UNPAID ENDORSEMENT and the golf product unpaid endorsement by the greatest golf player in history. To date our sales are about $30k per month using social media and amazon. The founders have over $5 million invested and are looking to add and additional investment (up to $1 million) in equity or mix of loans and equity. The purpose of the raise is to ramp up on production of inventory, marketing dollars, manufacturing capacity managment and the infrastrure needed to facilitate the anticipated growth from online sales and rep sales.
