My company, Maverick Multi-family Corp, is looking for $50k in small business funding in order to grow our Real Estate startup.
We are looking to get $30k-$50k in secured funding. We are buying Multi-family apartment buildings in Texas and Oklahoma and only need the money for the due diligence fee associated with the purchase (such as attorney fees, appraisal, survey, environmental report, underwriting, etc.)
All other financing is already established.
We are willing to put you on as a second lien on the property. We are also looking to pay off the loan in 1 year. This is a great deal as these properties are worth 3-4 Million dollars.
We are only looking to buy apartment properties that will cash flow after debt service $150,000 or greater annually.
We are also only buying properties that are stable with at least 90% occupancy and require less than $250,000 in deferred maintenance.
