Description:
DropHead Baseball Academy provides sport specific instruction for players that wish to advance their skill set. Our competitive advantage will be that of our personnel and their experience. We have three instructors signed on with DropHead Baseball Academy.
Mike Payne, co-founder of DropHead Baseball Academy, played baseball in the Atlanta Braves Organization. He has an established reputation as one of the premier hitting instructors of North Central Florida. He acquired much of his knowledge with the Braves and from his father, a former Brave as well.
Tommy Boss will be an instructor as well. He started game one of the College World Series Finals in 2005 against Texas as a pitcher for the Florida Gators. He is currently the head coach of a very successful high school baseball team and is considered a premier instructor for pitchers.
Esix Snead played professional baseball for multiple ball clubs. Most notably, he played center field for the New York Mets. After leaving professional baseball, he has been instructing and coaching where he has a very successful showcase team.
DropHead Baseball gives these instructors a facility that will allow them to provide year-round instruction, rain or shine.
