Home in Sight Real Estate Group is providing the opportunity of Home Ownership to Canadian families who cannot qualify for conventional bank financing, quite often through no fault of their own. We offer an alternative for these families to become future owners through our unique Lease to Own program.
We are a Canadian-owned company, based. It is the outcome of a five year process, involving much testing and modification. At one time called Preferred Home Solutions, it was birthed from a desire to invest in real estate while providing a source of income and avoiding many of the pitfalls associated with real estate investing.
During this process, we saw a need for Canadians to reach their dream of home ownership through creative alternatives to conventional bank financing. Our company developed a unique business model, making home ownership achievable for those who are unable to obtain conventional bank financing due to diverse reasons and circumstances.
Due, however, to the nature of financing policies and financial realities, we realized that our ability to offer this opportunity on our own to would-be home owners was limited. Thus, Home In Sight Investors (HISi), a member of the Home in Sight Real Estate Group, was created to educate, assist and provide opportunity for individuals to grow their wealth investing in residential real estate. Our goal is to enable people to enjoy the above-average returns that investing in Lease to Own properties has to offer, while providing home ownership opportunities to a growing number of people.
Many investors have dreamed of purchasing Rental Property but do not want to deal with the all the headaches that usually come with owning rental properties. Long hours managing a property, dealing with nightmare tenants, bounced rent checks – the list goes on and on! Our program provides individuals with the opportunity to invest in residential Real Estate through a proven program that eliminates many of the common hassles of being a landlord and dealing with “tenants & toilets”.
