Purchase and renovate a professional office building in Orlando, Floria area for about $500,000 to $1,000,000. I will then start up my CPA firm with offices in this building - I will require 25% to 30% of the building for my business. I will act as on-site manager for the entire building.
Additional capital in the amount of $75,000 will be used in the start up of my professional practice.
I will form separate LLC's for building and business. I require an equity partner for the building, and a working capital loan for my CPA practice.
