I have developed a unique concept for a new group insurance product for small businesses (1-200) that currently does not exist in the U.S. market place. I am looking for a partner to provide the capital necessary to establish this new insurance company here in the State of Ohio, in order to market this product eventually throughout the United States.
In order to bring this product to market, I am seeking capital of $37 million. All initial capital proceeds must be placed in the Capital & Surplus account in order to achieve an Ohio statute requirement of having a minimum risk-based capital percentage of 300%.
