I need an investor to put up $10 million to a lender so I can get a $100 million non-recourse loan to fund a Humanitarian Foundation. The lender has an insurance policy to cover the $10 million so there is no risk to the investor. I will compensate the investor with $20 million in 45/50 days when loan is funded. This is what the representstive of this program has told me. All parties ( Bank President/Owner, Representative of this program, the investor, and myself) will meet face to face before any fund exchange hands.
