HeatCool is entering its 6th year in business, with gross sales that have doubled ever year. We have now entered the rental market, which includes furnaces, air conditioners & hot water tanks.
HeatCool is looking for the first stage of funding for the purchase of equipment which will be approx. $4.8 Million dollars. This will allow HeatCool to obtain a customer base of 5000 which will bring in a cash flow of $65,000 per/mth for the next 20 years.
