I would like startup capital for a drugs of abuse testing facility. I am a African American male who has managed a drugs of abuse drug testing lab for a nonprofit agency for almost 12 years. We are certified by Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendment "CLIA".
As far as I know, there are no other minority drug of abuse testing facilities in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. I would like to take advantage of this fact.
