We are a small homebuilding company that until recently has been operating under the umbrella of a larger LLC. Due to the foreclosure / trustee sale of a clubhouse, and golfcourse operation, the real estate side of this llc has become a stand alone business. We have been successfully operating, and building homes. However, we are in need of venture capital to purchase a specific land parcel that we can develop, and build on. We have an approved county plat of said parcel, and product in mid-design for this development.
