Description:
A. Proprietary Position: Thankfully there is no monopoly on any of these services or having a shelter so that no patents, trademarks or copyrights are being infringed upon.
B. Identification: Project: Lazarus will be primarily working with the homeless people that still have the fight within them to succeed. Initially, the biggest issue could very well be the lack of identity. Part of our initial contact will be to receive answers to a simple questionnaire, whether verbal or written. The questionnaire will give us the information we need to help in the process of reinstating their identity. It will start by providing them with a Project: Lazarus identification card and a place to stay. The obvious concern here is the threat that someone might use our service to do identity fraud.
