FluoroVei LLC has developed a unique and superior diagnostic system for detection of infectious diseases, both in the medical and industrial markets that provides faster results than any other methods on the market. Industrial markets include food safety, sanitation monitoring, and water testing. The FluoroVei system, FluoroQuik consists of a hand held fluorometer and unique assays. These assays include tests for Chlamydia, MRSA, TB, Gonorrhea, E-coli, E-coli 0157, Salmonella, Listeria, Streptococcus, and many others. For example the current industry result time frame for a Salmonella test is 48 to 72 hours. The FluoroQuik system can detect Salmonella in 4 hours (less one work shift). FluoroVei is in discussions with several major companies, one of which is a Fortune 100 company, and several Fortune 500 companies that are interested in the FluoroQuik technology and system. FluoroVei is seeking additional funding to cover the growth necessary to meet demands and better position itself in discussions with these larger companies.
