Ocean West Lending, Inc. is a mortgage brokerage with 23 loan agents and for the past two years has been working in this fashion; however, the current market is allowing for substantial opportunity in the Private Lending sector. Ocean West has a number of resources and capabilities in finding loans as well as potential investors for funding private loans considering our work for the past few years.
