In 2006, we acquired Overhoff Technology Corp and embarked on a change that brought forth a new business plan. We executed a merger with a publicly-reporting company and seek to grow our company through organic growth and through opportunistic acquisitions. We have revenues and a strong presence within our respective industry, in particular, the tritium business which we are very well-known for. Through our funding efforts we seek to achieve strong growth in China, where nuclear energy is experiencing rapid growth.
