Who I Am...
Hello there! My name is Robert! I'm 34 and a veteran of the US Army. I am currently living in Maryland, however, I spent most of my life in Pennsylvania. I grew up in Philadelphia and lived my early adult years in the Pocono Mountains of PA. I joined the Army in 2001 as a Cargo Specialist and recently decided to leave the military (2 years ago) to go after bigger and better things. I have always dreamed of starting a business that helps educate the public in self awareness, survival skills and basic tactical abilities. After investing the bulk of my adult years with the Army, I wanted to pay it forward by bringing to the table, the million dollar education that the Army has provided me.
What I have been planning all year long, is the start of a business model that will allow me, and a group of well trained professionals, to instruct the public in the art of self reliance, self defense, the safe handling and operation of firearms and so much more. We will feature an outdoor shooting range that is open to the public as well as local and state law enforcement. Our military brethren and veterans alike are also a major part of this community. I also plan to hire only veterans for the instruction and civilian members for most or all administrative positions. We will have a separate facility that will be designated for self defense instruction, another facility will be used for our offices, yet another will be used for classroom and theory instruction.
(The plan is to ultimately have all facilities under the same roof, given the square footage requirements)
The best part about the property will be our training house! This training house (affectionately called a "kill-house' in the industry) will be open to the public for instruction on how to escape and evade your own home in case of a home invasion; will instruct you on proper methods for 'clearing' your home of a suspected home invasion utilizing an available item as a weapon and/or a personal firearm; allow law enforcement to train for real world scenarios that we (the company) will simulate for them; and a so much more!
