First and foremost, NexGen ATS is motivated by ways to increase flight safety. Our focus is geared toward new and improved tools for the Air Traffic Controller. The way we plan to push this goal is to modernize and standardize air traffic control facilities, specifically user workstations. We will do this by implementing all new computer systems and individual facility components for the Air Traffic Controller. We believe our upgraded solutions will allow a more accurate performance by the Controller and lessen aircraft delays, and cost, caused by system outages and human error.
