Description: Access 342 was created to address the challenges currently facing Wall Street investment research. Our innovations, some patent-pending, incorporate network theory and auction technology to create compelling value for both institutional investor clients and our analyst employees. Our model is unique in how it allows buy-side investors to identify, price and access research from leading sell-side analysts. Our due diligence has led us to tailor a solution that delivers important benefits for the buy-side client, including: 1) A source of reliably valuable research, 2) Limited distribution, and 3) Fair market pricing. For the Access 342 analyst, we offer compelling advantages to the current broker-dealer proposition, including: 1) Better compensation, 2) Fewer non-research requirements, and 3) More open and timely client communication. With decades of combined investment experience among us, we are intimately familiar with how the buy-side/sell-side relationship has evolved over the past several years. We are passionate about restoring its effectiveness, and to do so, we have invested 18 months researching the needs and desires of investment research's major constituents. Our goal is to become a leading, global investment research firm. But the potential scale of this business, ultimately, is unlimited, as it can evolve into a broader financial exchange for human talent. We have identified multiple longer-term growth opportunities and seven barriers to entry and competition. Furthermore, our lean infrastructure model yields attractive margins and cash flow, with revenues that are largely recurring. Currently, with our launch plan in place, we are about to embark on a campaign to raise capital. We are looking to raise $10 million of equity capital and a $15 million short-term guarantee facility.
