Description: GreenShield is the Master Licensee for the South East United States for the Healthier Environment Living Program™. The Healthier Environment Living Program™ (H.E.L.P.) is a green company bringing a first-to-market indoor environment testing program and non-toxic antimicrobial technology to customers throughout the globe. H.E.L.P. is a program based around the principle of providing Healthier Environments for homes, business, and industries. The program revolves around a two part system of Healthier Verifications™ and H.E.L.P. Technology™. The first step, Our Healthier Verifications™ program, makes our Associate Licensees and Providers the “M.D.”, through our Indoor Air & Surface Quality™ Certification, for their customer’s homes and businesses. The verification is a means of testing an indoor environment’s air and surface quality, helping the Licensee or Provider diagnose a client’s problem bacteria, allergens, mold and fungus that exist in their environment. The Licensee or Provider is then able to offer pre and post results of the effectiveness of our H.E.L.P. Technology™ and other surface and air quality products we introduce to the customer as the “cure” for their ailing environment. The Need? According to the World Health Organization, bacterial infection is the #1 cause of death worldwide and the #3 cause of death in the United States. Currently, the H.E.L.P. program is undergoing its national roll out. GreenShield is rapidly building our network of Associate Licensees and Providers throughout the South East U.S. that will make the H.E.L.P. Program their business, building residual income for GreenShield. We are currently seeking second round funding up to $200,000 to provide additional operating capital, expand our sales and support capabilities and recruit several key individuals for our expansion.
