Description:
Unique niche seller of a wide variety of plastic products and materials serving a broad range of applications. From Boat care to paint products and home decor along with a wide variety of packaging solutions.
The business also has 50% of the leased space assigned to manufacturing and fabrication of plastic products. Although the store front has been completely redone, the current owner had no experience in Manufacturing. My skills and abilities are over 25 years in manufacturing and would look to develop this side of the business due to the higher profit margins involved. With no investment, by simply rearranging and simplifying the manufacturing process, this side could easily double in the next few years.
Please note that the business credit rating is a conservative estimate. When required a proper rating will be provided.
