My company is was origanally started up to assist a few companies with the operation of their new buildings. The owners were handed over multi-million dollar facilaties, and had no idea how to operate them. I am now helping owners maintain these facilaties and helping owners of older building save energy by re-commisioning the control systems and upgrading outdated equipment. I am now trying to add HVAC equipment cleaning for these large buildings. My area has no such companies and I would have an inside track on this venture.
