Description:
The Gulf Coast Family Fun Center is a startup company. It is an entertainment complex designed with a "critical mass" of individual components and separate user fees that function together in a synergistic fashion, thus creating a drawing power greater than the sum of the individual components.
The services and activities provided will include but are not limited to: 16 lanes of up-scale bowling; an elaborate 18 hole, themed adventure golf course; state of the art laser tag arena; go-kart tracks with lap timing; bumper karts; arcade; restaurant/concessions; rock climbing gym; professionally hosted birthday parties and rooms to facilitate "off site" corporate team building events. The facility will also host local and regional competitions for some of the above activities.
Gulf Coast Family Fun Center is looking for $4 to $7Mil in startup capital(depending on the financing/investment structure). The Gulf Coast Family Fun Center is located in Biloxi, MS and has projected gross sales of $4.5M. The business plan is complete, as is an independent feasibility study which shows the project is very feasible.
Several "GO Zone" incentives (Bonus depreciation, Tax exempt bond funding plus others) are available for due to the Katrina recovery effort.
State tourism incentives (such as 80% sales tax rebate) are also available make the project even more feasible.
