The company is a start up and is going to owned in part by a Senior executive with AMEX Financial who has many years and contacts in this business. This Group will be independent from the parent company and will consist of lending, leasing, pension consulting and a title company. We are a wholesale lender. We have relationships with over 200 hedge funds and pensions. We have a 30 million dollar line of credit to fund loans and will be working under the lending license of AMEX Financial the parent company as a result of relationship made over the years.
We are seeking 120,000 to 250, 000 for start up cost. We have a 25% offer from an Angel investor if we are able to find a co-investor.
