We are a wholesale & buy fix/flip company with a history of success. We began in the Seattle market in 2015 & then moved to Texas to take on a more passive investment style. We still wholesale & buy fix/flip homes, but we recently got involved in note origination & sales.
We recently struck a deal with a local builder to qualify clients that have been denied financing by the bank even though they have at least 10% to put down on a property & 6% for closing costs.
Im currently looking to pool funds together from multiple investors in order to take down new construction properties that will be owner occupied 1st lien notes @ 8% - 11% apr depending on credit scores & pay 4 points per deal. We currently have 3 ‐ 6 deals monthly, but as we grow we are looking to expand this service to more than just one builder.
