Description: Currently there is a sports bar & grill in St Augustine that is available to me for purchase. The establishment will be sold with current inventory, equipment, and remainder of lease. The equipment includes fully equiped kitchen and 20 televisions, pool tables, video games, furniture, decor etc. A partner and I wish to buy it and complete a make over and re-open under a different name but maintaining the food, drink, entertainment and sports broadcasts receptions. Proposed budget shows that it could easily profit in excess of 400k based on current sales. I would like to find an investor or investors who are willing to take the risk and double their investment in 2 years.
