I'm a Real Estate Agent with an establish company and my business is real estate investing and teaching for myself.I had as many as 20 properties and I lost the majority of them due to lack of funding and the economy downturn. I teach and have taught many Agents about REO/BPO Foreclosures and the pitfalls I went through.I am more knowledgable about the business than before, but still lack funding.
I have several connections where I can get properties very inexpensive that are already renovated and have tenants included. Other Agents that I showed this system are making a profit because they have the funding. I want to benefit from my own knowledge.
