This is a start up in a booming industry. We have plans and processes in place to evaluate each piece of real estate for profit potential. I personally have over 7 years experience as a mortgage broker, 5 years experience as a licensed business broker, and over 10 years as a district training manger in sales and collections. Each property is evaluated and determined to be a salable asset or long term investment for rental/lease income. We are in the process of designing properties that could be built from the ground up in order to provide real estate inventory in which we will attract to the large group of millennial's that currently have the want to and ability to purchase a home, but have been priced out of the market. This will be accomplished through agreements, cash deposits, lender relationships, association relationships, and a tight reign on these processes to insure the maximum profitability per property which will include Large communities, home associations, short term rentals, and resort communities.
