Description: We will manufacture mortar-less concrete blocks in Sosua, Dominican Republic. We hold exclusive production rights for our product in the Dominican Republic and Haiti. We will solve two main problems existing in the construction industry. 1. The quality of concrete blocks in the country is quite poor. Our blocks have been engineer tested and proven to be of superior strength in seismic and high wind areas. 2. Time and cost of construction. Our block uses no mortar between courses, this will provide a 20% savings in construction cost plus allow up to 10 times faster construction time. We will manufacture a 2 block system that interlocks both horizontal and vertical. The system can be used for any size building, also can be used both above and below grade. Over the past two years I have had many meetings with builders, developers, and engineers along the North Coast. They all agree that our product will solve many construction problems, quality being the first. I have already secured a manufacturing site, set up raw materials suppliers. and have salesmen working with customers. I have contacts with the Dept. of State for the commercial redevelopment of Haiti. We are working on providing blocks for a large mfg. zone in Haiti. Thia project is expected to be building for 4 years.
