Description:
my partner and I have arrranged financing for a multi unit apt. and retail building in Manchester. We have remodeled and almost completely renevated this rest. in this property and find ourselves short about $75,000.
we can either take a partner on for this amount or would be glad to pay 20% interset for one year loanto be paid in full no later than one year. Great opportunity for someone either way. I have over 30 years prior successful restaurant experience.
This is a can't miss opportunity.
