I have a restaurant concept called LYNX it is a global tapas kitchen and bar. My main focus is to provide the people away from the main strip a dining experience like none other, giving them an opportunity to consume various types of appetizer size portions in an high energy fun environment without the 24 hour gambling feel to it.
