Description:
I am looking to buy an established, successful Pub business that has been operating in Shekou, Shenzhen, PRC for the pas 4 years. It is designed to give Western tourists and business men a comfortable setting to enjoy a night out. It has western style rock and roll bands 4 nights a week, 2 full size pool tables, 2 foose ball tables, steel tip darts and a full pub style menu. The net profits are about 100,000.00 USD a year. It is approximately 400 square meters and expanding.
