Fitness Mastermind was established in October 2009 as a Sole-Proprietorship, until it’s formation as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in May 2010. I elected to be formed as an LLC for various reasons, including cost-effectiveness as well as the ability to enjoy the benefits of a Corporation, without being subjected to double taxation.
Fitness Mastermind, LLC is upscale Round Rock’s truly private Personal Training studio, located in the centralized Sam Bass Market Center on Sam Bass Road, Round Rock’s most highly trafficked highway. We are a one-year old company that caters to business professionals and their families, of whom seek personal fitness and dietary services with true privacy they cannot receive at larger corporate facilities located nearby. Our clientele consists of established business individuals, as well as well known pillars of the community. Our accomplished clientele keeps Fitness Mastermind services on demand as our truly private personal training provides results driven practices, while maintaining the true meaning of “private” personal training via our private studio with no outside members and clients being served by appointment only.
We currently have five(5) Personal Trainers on staff, six (6) including myself, all of whom are independent contractors paying a per-session percentage-based rent of 25%.
