Description:
Just recently a 3 store bicycle sales and repair business has decided to focus on their two main stores and close their third store which is the only store that one of the three owners did not work. My business partner and I would like to take over the location with our own bike shop. Together we have over 25 years of business and retail management experience and 11 years of outdoor and bicycle industry experience. We are seeking $65,000 of start up money. The location we are seeking has had a bike shop in it by various owners for the last 25 years and is located in the Historic Main Street shopping district of St. Charles Missouri on the Missouri River front. The shop is located just steps from the Katy Trail, one of the longest continuous bicycle trials in the country.
