Description:
Round Rock Music is a retail musical instruments store that also offers music lessons. We are exploiting the void in the music store market on the east side of affluent Round Rock, Texas in the Austin area. We began renting and selling band instruments in the summer of 2008 and need to fully open the store to take advantage of the enthusiasm in the area.
The property owner of the retail unit we intend to locate in has carefully reviewed our business plan, sees the void in the market we are exploiting, and is eager to have us in his center, and believes that we will be more successful in that unit than any other business that has shown interest.
Thank you for considering Round Rock Music.
